Revion Dates not working correctly on a PM work order

Hi

I created a revision with the following dates:

and when i use it on a work order the dates are still fine as follows:

the problem starts when I save the work order as follows:

The system pushes forward the basic finish date with one day (to the 14th instead of the 13th) and the the setting under IMG are maintained please see the screen below:

And also look at the settings under opu7

It has been like this since we started SAP 2002 and we never had this problem before. it only started this year 2014. Please assist me if you can.
