You need new BI 4.2 Platform keys NOT Lumira BIP keys. From the error it looks like the Lumira BIP was installed prior to BI 4.2 upgrade.
Here are the steps required:
- You need to get NEW BI 4.2 keys, see link
BI4.2 New License Key Requirement when updating from BI4.0/BI4.1
- If you still have issues with the BIP, then you will also need to un-install the Lumira BIP after installing new BI 4.2 keys
- Once the BI 4.2 upgrade is working proper with new keys then install Lumira BIP v1.3.1
