If you have used Remote Support Platform to Download the upgrade you will find a zip file like
SAP Business One_9.0 PL7 incl pre-test_012002523100017726822013D.zip in folder
C:\Program Files (x86)\SAP\Remote support platform for SAP Business One\Service\Download
If you extract it to say abc folder and done the upgrade then in abc folder you will find setup.exe for integration component in abc\Packages\B1 Integration Component\Technology
