Agreed with you, “manual correction instructions” are missing in 2200158 and tag BrnchId hasn’t changed even with latest release. To get rid of BrnchId for Italy only I would try to change conditions tab of this tag and depending if you re-use the same format in other countries (namely Spain) restrict further or eliminate.
