Hi Mohammad,
Please check the following note:
Symptom
The HTTP protocol of the managed system's ICM is configured with value 0 to do not allow inbound connections. Then, during the Managed System Configuration the Load Balancer port has been configured with value 0 in the step Enter System Parameters. Finally, the step Check Configuration fails with error:
A technical error stopped the check configuration execution: Error No Load Balancing data provided for <XXX> |
The following picture describes the error:
Environment
- SAP Solution Manager 7.1
- SAP Solution Manager Diagnostics
Reproducing the Issue
- Execute the Managed System Configuration for the affected system
- Select step Check Configuration
- Run activity Check Configuration
Cause
The Solution Manager system needs the Load Balancing or ICM host and port to generate the jump-in URLs for the diagnostics applications. If no port or port 0 (zero) are provided in the step Enter System Parameters the application cannot test the URL, then the error is thrown.
Resolution
If the ICM is indeed configured to do not allow inbound connections, there is no workaround for this error. In this case, the jump-in URLs to the managed system will not work because it is not allowed to receive connections over the ICM.
To solve this issue, it is required to allow inbound connections through the ICM and provide the correct port in the step Enter System Parameters of the Managed System Configuration.
