Sakthivel Elango is right ; click on cross symbol on your browser at top right, => click on link "Show cookies and other sites data..." => click on tab "blocked"; you will notice few sites related to hana cloud are listed there example. "account.hanatrail.ondemand.com" select them and allow; then refresh browser and try again.
