No. Paper copies cost thousands of dollars juts to print and then if they don't sell they lose money. Kindle editions don't cost anything to publish. Also with the Kindle edition you get updated versions free. I am going to fix a few errors in this edition and everyone that bought it will automatically get a new copy when they log in. Won't cost a penny.
I looked at createspace which is print on demand but they won't print a book this size.
