Here is the solution to this problem in SAP Business One v8.82.
Symptom
SAP Business One is not compatible with label or thermal printers, such as Zebra and Seiko.
Solution
Label and thermal printers have not been tested for use with SAP Business One and are therefore not supported in the application until further notice.
As of SAP Business One 9.0, Crystal Reports (layouts and reports) are compatible with label or thermal printers. Nevertheless, you should pay attention to the following points：
When using a Zebra label printer, replace the standard Zebra printer driver with the BarTender printer driver provided by Seagull Scientific.
When using a thermal printer, the paper size should be customized.
