CRM 2007 System slow after Kernel 7.20 EXT, OS/DB Upgrade

Hi All,

I performed Windows 2003 to 2008, SQL 2005 to 2008, kernel upgrade to 7.20 EXT in SAP CRM 2007 for the preparation to upgrade CRM. Users are complaining system is very slow. Please advise ASAP if any system parameters that I have to change after performing those activities.
