There is no option like that, You may have to right a logic based on the materials received in the consignment. I would recommend use custom transaction table where you should be maintain, material code, vendor code, number of days in consignment. You need have background with a frequency scheduled to run every day.
Based on table you need find all the material documents for 101 and exclude the one for which 102 is done. Find the eligible material documents and quantity. Then check available quantity is consignment stock in MARD table. If Consignment quantity is more then that you received then let system perform 411+K for whole quantity or balance quantity available. You can use goods movement BAPI to perform transfer posting in the background program. There is no standard option available what you are looking for.
