You can use the transaction PP02 tcode to create an org Structure using LSMW.
if you go for PP01 the Infotypes are in the table control it is difficult to pick up the ok_code in the LSMW.
Maintain the values in PP02 Tcode
Plan version = '01'.
object type = 'S'.
Object ID = ' '
Infotype = '1000'.
planning status = '1' Active
give validity periods .
Record the tcode PP02 and do all the steps in LSMW.
