BTN3- Batch crystal report in sap b1

Hi Guys,

I wanted to print a batch label report from Delivery document.

So, I updated the printing preferences of my delivery document -  (When Batch/Serial No. Exist, Print -  Document and Batch/Serial No.)

The problem is when I create a crystal report for BTN3 and assign a dockey@ in the crystal template, every time I preview the delivery document with batch. it will ask for a document entry.

I don't see any problem with my template since if I upload it in the DLN2 (Delivery item type) then it prints the report properly without entering the document key.

Any advise? Thanks!
