Hi Sandeep,
This is a standard functionality of SAP and you will have to customize pair formation logic to achieve this. From PCR, even if you delimit, the day assignment would have been done by the system to previous day and the employee will appear not at work on the next day's time evaluation.
I think you will have to control pair formation logic by customizing the code. PCR configuration will not be of much help in my opinion.
