Weekly OFF Days Payment

Dear Sir's,

   I got new requirement from my client,

     Scenario: IF employee is absent for entire one month, System giving 4 days payment for weekly OFF'S in a month. But my client requirment is it should not pay to employee for Weekly of when he was on  absent for entire month.

  Please guide me who can i solve this issue.
