Once again delete the setup tables and fill the setup table, may solve your problem.

and check the status of setup table filling job, may be check your selection while filling the setup tables.

In RSA3, First give selection fields input and execute then after, There is an option of DEBUG execution in RSA3. Finally check through the debugging may helps you.
