The was to add any view as an assignment block in an overview page is 1. If you have that view in the same component as the overview page, by just adding it to overview page in runtime repository and then to the view config.
2. If you have the view in a different component, then by adding that other component as a component usage in the overview component and then adding it to the overview page in runtime repository and overview config.
What assignment block you want in which page? is the assignment block you need all custom fields ? or standard fields? looking at your screen shot of the table it looks like address fields, is this a standard table?
