CTM in SNP but block planning in SNP

Gurus,

Due to system constraints, am not able to determine the following:

Need to carry out CTM run in SNP for capacity leveling, then convert these SNP planned orders into PPDS planned orders and carry out block planning in PPDS.

Is this possible in APO system? (considering the fact that SNP PDS may not be same as PPDS PDS).

Your help will be highly appreciated.
