Hi,

1. There is no such option to add customer name in standard inventory audit name. Only possible to get GL accounts code.

2. UDF field can be created only at form not at report. ( If you want to add any additional field you have edit PLD).

3. I have tried to add customer name through editing PLD, but is not successful. The only option is you have to create customized inventory audit report as said Mr.Peter.
