Thank you for replying, I'm a little confused as to the agent in the task, can you be a little more specific and also in the Agents Rule, can you let me know which rule applies to this scenario, I'm attaching a clip of what I have in my WF but it's probably wrong, can you give me the name of what it should be in there,
