How to Upload multiple action types and reasons in a single template to upload through LSMW

Dear All,

Need your help on the following query. We need to upload Employee Master Data like Hiring through LSMW. Here, for each employee, they have multiple Hiring Action types and multiple Action reasons.

For example, an Employee will have Transfer action and then Org Re-assignment,another will have Org Re-assignment first and then Transfer etc.So I guess we have to upload based on their Action date.

So plz let me know how to incorporate all these in a single template of LSMW to upload.
