Have you written the any code in transformation level ? if you wrote the code please collect the SET2 transformation.
check the SET1 and SET2 technical name each system.
if you do transport two transformation have different technical name have, it won't get any errors i believe. same technical name have 2 transformation have you will get errors not sure.
collect the all objects form data source, transformations, dso, cube info package and cube under one TR.
