Dear Colecction Gurus,
Our client has plenty of very old open items from various Business Partners that would like to avoid automatically when sending the AR data to Collections. Client is asking us if it was possible to avoid a certain general ledger account. Avoiding that old account, the WL wouldn´t have so much rubbish
I have looked though BAdi FDM_COLL_SEND_ITEMS which for me is the only possible way to do this. However I don´t see any possibility to exclude a certain g/l account.

Determine Additional Data
Functionality
The method COMPLETE_DATA is used to send additional attributes of a customer
or an open item to Collections Management. The call is per customer in a company
code in report FDM_COLL_SEND_ITEMS.
Requirements
The additional attributes must be included in the customer include
CI_UDM_COLL_KEYFIG of table UDM_COLL_KEYFIG (key figures of business partner) or
in the customer include CI_UDM_S_COLL_ITEM_ATTR of table UDM_COLL_ITEM (open
items). You have to make this enhancement to the customer include in the system
where the worklist is created.
Parameters (Please look at the last paramater CT_ITEMS_EXCLUDE)

- CT_ITEMS_EXCLUDE---> Using table CT_ITEMS_EXCLUDE, you can exclude certain open items (for example, special G/L transactions) in Collections Management. Table CT_ITEMS_EXCLUDE can only be filled with entries from table IT_ITEMS.

I have had a look through IT_ITEMS in the BAdi, but there is no possibility to exclude a certain g/l account.
Does someone can tell me if I am looking the correct BAdi, or is there anyway to insert HKONT (technical SAP name for account) somewhere on the BAdi used to send data to Collections?.
Also, is there any other way (not implementing any BAdi) to avoid a certain account with open items to be sent to Worklist? Any settings?
