I have already tried Dataset statement as i mentioned in the question.
Problem is that, it is giving sy-subrc as '0'. but file is not getting created at the destination folder.

I have tried many discussion on this concept but haven't found any concrete solution to this problem. Even the thread you suggested is partial and no solution has been provided.
