Dear Team,
We have recently deployed few applications on the SUP 2.1.2 platform.Now we are facing an issue with the application as the registration of the application is failing.
We were facing this issue few weeks back as well,we had discussed the same with sybase support as well and we were advised to check for license as this could be a limited license issue.
We generated an additional license for around 1000 devices .
Still the problem persists,time and again we are forced to delete an active connection to get the new connection to work.
Right now we have reached a standstill point we are forced to have all the connections active so the new users are not able to use the application.
Please help on urgent basis since it is a production server.
